# Monitoring and feedback

External and internal assessors monitor quality and consistency of verified answers. Feedback will be provided to verifiers where necessary. - If you receive feedback requiring an amendment to your verified answer, promptly revise the answer to address the feedback. If you are unable to access the question contact LawY team for assistance.
- Time spent on feedback-driven amendments cannot be billed.
- Unsatisfactory verified answers (factually incorrect, does not address the question, etc.) are ineligible for payment and will be reassigned to another Verifier.
