Probation period for Verifiers

 All Verifiers are subject to a probation period while they verify their first 10 questions. This period ensures that the Verification role meets both your expectations and LawY's expectations. LawY reserves the right to extend the probationary period.

  1. During the probation period, new Verifiers:

    Must not undertake verification work exceeding the total monthly amount of $5,000 (in your local currency) or 5 questions, whichever is higher. The balance of any amount exceeding $5,000 or 5 questions, will not be paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work.

  2. Are limited to one practice area and region (if applicable), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. After successfully completing the probation period and receiving written confirmation from a LawY representative, Verifiers will no longer be subject to the conditions outlined in points (1) and (2) above.
